The Straight-and-Narrow Track is on a platform at the far west of sublevel 2 of the Ultimate Testing Range. The path back to the S.S. Beagle is blocked by three Miniature Snootwhackers and a Withering Blowhog, which should be defeated before attempting to collect it. To collect this treasure, you must throw 7 Winged Pikmin towards it, as they are the only type that can carry it to the S.S. Beagle due to the layout of the terrain.

Trivia
*The Straight-and-Narrow Track's name is a double meaning: The treasure itself is, literally, a straight and narrow piece of train track. "Straight and narrow," however, also means a path that is, relatively speaking, honest and moral, as Olimar's notes mention.
