The Stone of Advancement is on a high platform to the west of the S.S. Shepherd. To knock it loose, you need to charge into the wall with [[Oatchi]]. After a brief cutscene, you will be able to collect the treasure, provided at least 7 Pikmin are brought after discovering the Red Onion.
