Special Spots appear at defined locations on the [[Pikmin Bloom interface#Map|map]]. They have a small circle on the ground surrounding them, and this circle can vary in size. If the player is inside the radius, the flower will glow and it will be possible to receive rewards from it; otherwise the flower will not glow.

Currently, Special Spots only appear in 2 locations: Nintendo Tokyo and Nintendo New York. The seedlings provided by these Special Spots grow into [[Blue Pikmin]] with [[Decor Pikmin#Mario Hat|Mario Hat decor]]. Only 1 seedling can be obtained in a day this way.

The first Special Spots to be introduced were at [[Nintendo]]'s flagship stores in Tokyo and New York City, then later Osaka and Kyoto, and later at the Nintendo Museum. The [[Gold Seedling]]s provided by these Special Spots used to grow into Blue [[Decor Pikmin#Mario Hat|Mario Hat]] Decor Pikmin until {{date|17|October|2023}}, when the Kyoto store opened. Seedlings were changed grow into Red, Yellow or Blue [[Decor Pikmin#Present Sticker (Gold)|Present Sticker (Gold)]] Decor Pikmin, with the Text "Nintendo (location) 20xx-××-×× (date you received the seedling/visited)". Only 1 Gold Seedling can be obtained per month this way.
