This part can be found in [[The Forest Navel]], inside a [[Breadbug]]. After being collected, this ship part does not change the [[S.S. Dolphin]]'s appearance.

The flotation device is found in the stomach of a [[Breadbug]]. To get it you need to have it grab an item such as a pellet or shearwig carcass, then grab the item with as many pikmin necessary to drag it to the onion. This will reduce it to very little health. To finish it off, throw a pikmin directly on top of it, or drag it again.

The Space Float is found in the stomach of a [[Breadbug]]. Defeating the Breadbug will make it drop the part. The easiest way to obtain it is to get the Breadbug to pull a lightweight item, such as a [[pellet]] or [[Shearwig]] carcass, then throw as many [[Pikmin family|Pikmin]] as possible onto the item, which will slowly drag it towards the [[Onion]]. Once it reaches the Onion, the Breadbug will lose almost all of its [[health]]. The rest can be depleted by [[throw]]ing Pikmin precisely on top, or by getting it to carry another item and dragging that to the Onion too. Upon being defeated, the Breadbug will drop the part.
