The '''Silencer''' ({{j|サイレンサー|Sairensā|Silencer}}) is the head of a {{w|doll}}, most likely a baby doll and also a treasure in ''[[Pikmin 2]]''. It is found on the tenth and final sublevel of the [[Cavern of Chaos]] and is held by the elusive, but extremely aggressive [[Segmented Crawbster]].


This treasure is worth a notably high amount of [[Poko]]s: coming in at 670 (666 in the Japanese [[Region|version]]), it is the third most valuable treasure in the game. Staring at the treasure while the Pikmin carry it, or while idling on the "collected treasure" cutscene allows one to see the doll head blinking as it is tilted.

It is found on the last (10) [[sublevel]] of the [[Cavern of Chaos]], and is held by the elusive, but extremely aggressive [[Segmented Crawbster]]. It is much worth it having to beat such a powerful creature to get such a staggering sum of {{Pokos}}x670 (666 in the Japanese version), as that is the third highest treasure value (though there are multiple treasures worth {{Pokos}}x1000). Staring at it long enough makes it possible to see the eyes blink, as the lids will move when the head is tilted (similar to other toy dolls). This will only occur when the head is being carried by [[Pikmin (species)|Pikmin]], or in the screen where the name is first mentioned.


Like [[Treasure#Dynamic weights|other treasures usually dropped by bosses]], if the player defeats the Segmented Crawbster, but does not have enough Pikmin to carry the Silencer - which normally weighs 20 units - it will change weight to match the player's army.
