It is found on sublevel 6 of the [[Snagret Hole]] located in an alcove, and may be behind a [[gate]]. Make sure to use [[Blue Pikmin]] and deal with enemies such as [[Burrowing Snagret]]s if necessary.

On the cap it reads:
