The '''Proton AA''' ({{j|プロトンＸ|Puroton X|[[Proton X]]}}) is a treasure found in ''[[Pikmin 2]]''. It is actually a Duracell (National Hi-Top in the Japanese [[Region|version]]) AA battery. This item is found in the fourth sublevel of the [[Submerged Castle]], near some [[poison emitter]]s and [[bomb rock]]s held by [[Volatile Dweevil]]s and [[Careening Dirigibug]]s. Olimar takes note on how it looks very much like the [[Courage Reactor]], the first treasure he found in ''Pikmin 2''.

It is found near some poison pipes and [[bomb-rocks]] held by [[Volatile Dweevil]]s and [[Careening Dirigibug]]s. It is actually an AA Duracell battery. It has an enigmatic energy unknown on [[Hocotate]] trapped inside!
