The Pikmin personality test ({{j|ピクミン性格診断|Pikumin seikaku shindan}}) is a piece of Japanese web content released alongside {{p2}}, accessible through the URL in the first of five spam [[mail]]s in Japanese versions of the game, prior to [[Pikmin 2 (Nintendo Switch)|the Nintendo Switch port]]. It is comprised of fifteen multiple-choice questions with five options each. Each option corresponds to one of five characters from the game: the [[Pikmin]], [[Captain Olimar|Olimar]], [[Louie]], [[the President]] and the [[Hocotate ship]]. Upon answering all questions and confirming, the user is taken to a page with the results, and a button to show the obtained character's perfect match: the [[Bulborb]] for the Pikmin, [[Minor characters#Olimar's wife|Olimar's wife]] for Olimar, [[Minor characters#Louie's grandmother|Louie's grandmother]] for Louie, [[Minor characters#The President's wife|the President's wife]] for the President, and the [[Beady Long Legs]] for the Hocotate ship.
