**** I don't think it's fair to compare the design of stages from a 2D puzzle-ish side scroller to those of 3D real-time strategy games. They're naturally going to be designed differently to suit their respective gameplay styles (and limitations of the hardware.) But since Hey Pikmin doesn't have any peers in the series, there's not really anything close you ''can'' compare it to. So I'm not sure on this one.
