Super Smash Bros. Brawl[edit]
I'm partly doing this to attract attention to it, as the article is probably lacking a lot of the information it could have. Also, I think it's a good article to feature as SSBB's the game of the moment, and it does have a few interesting pictures and bits of writing.GP 15:49, 4 May 2008 (UTC)

- The fact that it isn't about the games themselves annoys me. However, you have convincing points... Heck, I'll give it a yes. It won't hurt anyone.--Prezintenden
- I support it as long as the discription on the front page says something like "Super Smash Bros. Brawl is a Nintendo Fighting Game in which Olimar is a playable character." 67.172.252.52 01:49, 11 May 2008 (UTC)

Bulbmin[edit]
I like Bulbmin because the bulborb-pikmin symbiotic relationship is so unique and compelling, in particular the Juvenile ones you can control. Also, players of Pikmin 2 who stopped playing before encountering them might feel compelled to play it again. 71.205.154.176 23:45, 7 May 2008 (UTC)Mikeburnfire

Oppose[edit]
- Right, they're the only non-mentioned Pikmin, so I'll count them as a spoiler; as small as it is. It's certainly an article still worth featuring, but not now. --Prezintenden 18:54, 8 May 2008 (UTC)
- Ditto.~CrystalLucario~
Comments[edit]
Also, would it be possible to split up the Bulbmin topic into "Bulbmin (adult)" and "Bulbmin (Juvenile)"? I know that they are both part of the same species, but their roles as enemies and pikmin are vastly different.
- I see no reason why to do so. This discussion was also held here. Adding Bulbmin to the main page is rather spoilish. Do we ignore this fact? I'm not sure to what extent this would spoil.--Prezintenden
- Were we talking about splitting it into different pages, or into different sections?--Prezintenden

- GP - Ugh, I guess so. (^Regarding the featured image, I was intending to say we should just have any admin allowed to change it whenever, and users can put ideas on the talk page if they want (as, apparently, I've already stated there).)

- (Nominator:) Important subject, but needs work. — {EspyoT} 13:05, 1 December 2018 (EST)
- This article is complete enough now to be featured; it's only missing the Quotes section, which no Pikmin 3 area articles have yet. It could be nice to feature this during the winter. — Soprano(talk) 01:10, June 23, 2021 (EDT)

Hey! Pikmin[edit]

Support[edit]
- (Nominator:) For a Hey! Pikmin featured article, what about the game itself? It's well-written, has no maintenance tasks, and contains a lot of information. In a few years, it would be nice to remind people that this game exists. — Soprano(talk) 01:10, June 23, 2021 (EDT)
- — {EspyoT} 15:49, June 26, 2021 (EDT)
Comments[edit]
- I would recommend that this article be featured for the August-September period, as Hey! Pikmin has just turned 5 years old. — Soprano(talk) 02:14, July 29, 2022 (EDT)

- (Nominator:) It's a juicy article, and has almost no pending tasks. — {EspyoT} 13:05, 1 December 2018 (EST)
- I agree with Espyo. It's also an important article. --Ben (talk) 01:07, 11 February 2019 (EST)
- I also agree. There are very few multiplayer aspects in the Pikmin Series, so this seems like a very good candidate. V64 (talk) 7:21 12 February 2019 (EST)
- Probably the best candidate for the next featured article. — Soprano(talk) 22:22, January 27, 2021 (EST)
- Agreed. Especially with the recent (well, not really anymore, is it?) release of 3 Deluxe. Supremekirbo (talk) 03:08, March 20, 2022 (EDT)

- (Nominator:) The area selection menu is the most distinctive menu of the Pikmin series, and would be the best menu article to feature to show Pikipedia's coverage of menus. — Soprano(talk) 01:40, June 6, 2021 (EDT)

- (Nominator:) This article is great and very representative of the series. Unfortunately, like many other articles it is still missing Hey! Pikmin technical information and has game help boxes as a result. Once we get this information, this article would be ready to feature. — Soprano(talk) 22:28, November 3, 2022 (EDT)
Comments[edit]
- Note: So that this article can be the next featured article, I've removed the game help boxes related to Hey! Pikmin technical information, as those tasks really aren't that important to the article. They can be added back after it's featured. — Soprano(talk) 03:57, May 31, 2023 (EDT)

- (Nominator:) This article is packed with details, and has 42 different sources. It's one of the best documentations of the interesting details seen in Pikmin's various logs, and is overall thoroughly written. — CrazyCow November 30th, 2020

Comments[edit]
- I'm eager to get this one polished enough to be a featured article, but how many references is "enough" references? Midnight blue (talk) 20:24, January 24, 2023 (EST)
- Enough so that there are no {{source needed}} templates. — Soprano(talk) 03:26, January 25, 2023 (EST)

- Yeah this is probably the most interesting fruit article and the last fruit was featured more than 2 years ago. — GGabryy(talk) 21:47, February 24, 2024 (CET)
- I agree. There's surprisingly much to say about this fruit and treasure: it's used in many places in both games and is one of the two fruit types that create a cyan juice if blended. Despite that, the article is exemplarily concise. CortexCPU242 (talk) 04:29, February 25, 2024 (EST)

- (Nominator:) Breadbugs are very popular enemies, and they have a great article about them too. — Soprano(talk) 00:15, October 7, 2021 (EDT)
- Huh, kinda weird that they weren't already. It's a good article, even outside of the Breadbug being a meme. — {EspyoT} 15:45, October 9, 2021 (EDT)
- This one might be worth featuring just as a humorous nod to the memes, haha. In all seriousness, the Breadbug seems to be one of the more famous enemies, so I think it could work as a feature. Midnight blue (talk) 20:13, January 24, 2023 (EST)
