The '''Omega Stabilizer''' ({{j|オメガスタビライザー|Omega Sutabiraizā|Omega Stabilizer}}) is a ship part found in ''[[Pikmin (game)|Pikmin]]'' and [[Olimar's Shipwreck Tale]] in {{p4}}. It can be described as the [[S.S. Dolphin]]'s "fin", which the ship needs in order to fly straight again. It helped [[Olimar]]'s ship fly through countless deep space storms, and his opinion on it is that it looks cool. In ''Pikmin'', this part is found inside the game's only [[Puffstool]].

[[Captain Olimar]] needed this part in order to fly straight again, it made Olimar's ship fly through countless deep space storms, and to Olimar, this ship part looks cool. Its the Dolphin's "fin". It was found inside a [[Puffstool]]. It resembles an apple slice.


When collected, this ship part is adjusted in size and shape, and covers up the metal frame of the fin at port (Captain Olimar's left when seated). It resembles an apple slice.

Take out 30 [[Red Pikmin]] and go to the area with the [[Fiery Blowhog]]s. Go around the piece of land sticking out of the ground. Kill the [[Male Sheargrub]]s and [[Shearwig]]s on the way and go to the area with the [[Common Glowcap]]s and kill the [[Puffstool]]. Have the 30 Red Pikmin carry the part back to the ship and have Olimar distract the [[Wollywog]].

The Omega Stabilizer is on a plateau directly east from the Fragrant Ravine base. Bring a decently sized squad of [[Red Pikmin]] and either [[Moss]] or at least 15 [[Yellow Pikmin]]. Approach the plateau from the south, either by building a [[clay mound]] near the Fragrant Ravine or by going past the [[Burrowing Snagret]]'s arena and turning right. Throw 3 [[bomb rock]]s ([[Mine]]s and [[Trackonator]]s also work) to destroy the [[reinforced wall]] and use your Red Pikmin to defeat the [[Pyroclasmic Slooch]]es in the way. The Omega Stabilizer sits on a blue platform, so to collect it, you must either throw 15 Yellow Pikmin onto the platform or knock the part down with two [[rush]]es from Moss.
