Editing Minor characters

Chet is a research task force lead. His name alludes to the {{w|Shetland Sheepdog}}. He is from the planet [[Mihama]]. He also wrote the reports found on the Japanese Pikmin Garden web site. Chet is the leader of the Research group sent to [[PNF-404]] by the Interstellar Federation (a possible reference to Metroid's Galactic Federation) in order to see if it would make as a good living environment, and see what the natural resources are. His crew consists of [[François]], [[Pitunia]], [[Sy]], [[Osa]], [[Kit]], [[Twyla]], [[Sammy]], [[Komo]] and [[Ren]]. Chet is a kindhearted man who is very empathetic, congratulating the player on their hard work hoping that there isn't any more crash victims{{cite quote|You two have saved so many lives.
