It is on a tall ledge at the top of Sublevel 1 of the [[Drafty Gallery]] in the [[Blossoming Arcadia]]. To collect this treasure, you must throw 3 [[Yellow Pikmin]] at it, or knock it down with a [[Rush]] from [[Oatchi]] and throw 3 Pikmin at it.
