It is actually the bottom half of a {{w|scallop}} {{w|Seashell|shell}}, with what appears to be a small {{w|pearl}} or water drop forming on the inside surface. It likely forms the counterpiece to the [[Scrumptious Shell]]. It can be found on the third sublevel of the [[Citadel of Spiders]].

The Memorial Shell is found on sublevel 3 of the [[Citadel of Spiders]] and is completely buried in the ground, so [[White Pikmin]] are required to [[dig]] it up.
