The Mechanical Harp is on a stool in the northwestern corner of the [[Hero's Hideaway]]. To collect it, you must reverse the airstreams via the button on the kitchen table nearby, then take the fan on the table which will blow you over to the stool. Then, throw 7 Pikmin at it.
