It is a music box that plays ''Piranha Plant's Lullaby'' from [[mario:Super Mario 64|''Super Mario 64'']] when carried or interacted with in the Treasure Catalog. It is located on the second sublevel of the [[Cavern for a King]]. Underneath its bottom is an engraving that reads "H13.001026", which stands for Heisei 13 October 26, the release date for {{p1}} using the Japanese era calendar scheme that corresponds to October 26 2001 in the Gregorian calendar.

The Mechanical Harp is sitting on the ground in the northwestern corner of sublevel 2 of the [[Cavern for a King]]. It is guarded by a [[Jumbo Bulborb]], a [[Bulborb]], and four [[Dwarf Bulborb]]s, which should be defeated before attempting to collect it. To collect this treasure, you must throw 7 Pikmin at it.

* All of the Bulborbs guarding this treasure have red bodies with white spots. Red with white spots is the usual color scheme of Piranha Plants in most ''Super Mario'' games, including ''Super Mario 64''.
* Schnauz's notes are a direct reference to Piranha Plants' iconic toothy mouth, while Olimar's are a reference to how the player needs to slowly sneak up on Piranha Plants to defeat them in ''Super Mario 64'', possibly becoming its prey if done unsuccessfully.
