The Lip Service is found on [[sublevel]] 2 of the [[Citadel of Spiders]]. [[Fiery Dweevil]]s and [[Yellow Wollywog]]s may intercept the Pikmin [[carry]]ing this treasure, so to collect the treasure safely, those enemies should be defeated first.

The expression "lip service" is used when someone says something others want to hear, regardless of its factual value.
