The King of Bugs is actually just Louie. Olimar saved him after the Titan Dweevil (fourteenth sublevel of the Dream Den) was defeated, and apparently, it was advisable to put him in the Ship's Pod because there are only two seats in the Ship. Louie now insists that everyone address him by his "proper title", the King of Bugs. It could be believed that Louie was actually controlling the Titan Dweevil; he was not even harmed when he was captured and saved. Some theories to why he would attack Olimar and the President include that he wanted revenge against the President for poor employee treatment, or that he was originally controlling the Titan Dweevil, but lost control when Olimar attacked. Its also possible that he didnt want them to find out his secret. | |||
