Happy Hocotate Savings and Loan is a company in which the [[President]] attempted to take out a loan in to cover for the lost shipment of Golden Pikpik Carrots. It was later revealed in one of his letters to [[Olimar]] that he instead accidentally took out a loan from the [[All-Devouring Black Hole Loan Sharks]], thus creating the enormous debt that Olimar and [[Louie]] were sent to pay off.
