The Iridescent Glint Beetle is an insect in ''Pikmin 2'' and ''Pikmin 4'', quite similar to the [[Iridescent Flint Beetle]], except its carapace resembles glittering gold in appearance. This enemy is rarer than the Flint Beetle, but drops more rewards. Like the Iridescent Flint Beetle, it hides underground in a fixed spot, and when approached, emerges and quickly scatters around. When it pauses to rest, the player can throw a [[Pikmin family|Pikmin]] directly on top of it to make it drop a spoil.
