:It's actually part of [[Wikia:Main page|Wikia]], which does use the same scripting as Wikipedia. It's sort of like a united group of wikis. Sign up for one wikia and you'll have a user account usable in all of them. {{user:Jimbo Jambo/sig}}

::Mediawiki is the software used, i.e. the whole setup.  Wikipedia and Wikia, along with Wikibooks, Wiktionary, etc., use Mediawiki.  Wikia is a "Wiki farm", probably the most popular there is, where this site is hosted.  Wikia was partly founded by the founder of Wikipedia, so they are very connected.{{User:Greenpickle/sig}}
