:Yes and no. That is a real image, but you can't get them naturally in the game. The guy who took it used an Action Replay hacking device to change the default colors of all his Pikmin to black. {{user:Jimbo Jambo/sig}}

:Well, you're not missing too much. It's really just a change in their skin color, they don't gain any special powers. Although, if you want to try it anyway, you can always buy an Action Replay. You can probably find a fairly cheap one on Amazon or eBay. They also have one for $30 at Codejunkies.com. Aside from getting black Pikmin, you can probably find all sorts of neat codes online. {{user:Jimbo Jambo/sig}}

Not necessarily. Mine cannot change that colour. Although, most do have more code options. How do you think I managed to squeeze 599 Pikmin out of a single day?--{{User:Prezintenden/sig}}

:Then you're probably not using the right codes. ''6V60-YTGK-VPUXK KRJ5-EW06-8445A'' supposedly turns Red Pikmin black. There are a bunch more [http://www.cheathappens.com/show_cheat.asp?ID=12586 here]. I'd guess that most of them work with Pikmin 2 as well, but you'll have to see for yourself.

oh the codes look cool(not the codes but what the codes do) but i can't get an action replay without my parents permissoin....:l or else their just gonna yell and even if i do ask them Their gonna just say it's useless-crazy9090
