The '''Foolix''' ({{j|ミツモチ|Mitsumochi|Nectar Mochi}}) is a [[boss]] enemy in {{p4}}. A relative of the [[Goolix]], it is found in the 4th and final sublevel of the [[Secluded Courtyard]]. It resembles a yellowish amoeba with an orange star-shaped nucleus, which possesses a flagellum-like tail.

The Foolix can be fought in one of two ways: the first is to get behind it and have at least 15 Pikmin pull on its tail when it extends through its cytoplasm, which will cause its nucleus to burst out of its membrane and leave it vulnerable  until it can reform its cytoplasm. A bomb rock will also cause the Foolix to burst if it is engulfed.

Alternatively, [[Ice Pikmin]] can be used to freeze and shatter the Foolix for the same effect if it engulfs them, although this must be done quickly to avoid Pikmin losses since any Pikmin it has engulfed will be trapped inside it.

*Freezing Foolix while a [[bomb rock]] is engulfed will deactivate it. When the ice is broken, the bomb rocks will be dropped next to the nucleus. Upon reforming, the bomb rock will reactivate, bursting the cytroplasm.
