The final Face Wrinkler is found on a small ledge behind a large stump with a [[Dapper Blob]] on top. It can be harvested with Blue Pikmin, which will carry it through the water, but this will require you to remove a nearby dirt wall first, and later clearing the nearby pond of all enemies.
