Community Day was the first public event for {{pb}}. It occurred on {{date|13|November}} and was set to run from 9:00am to 6:00pm local time, however, due to network issues making players unable to access the game, it was extended to run to 8:00pm.{{cite web|https://community.pikminbloom.com/discussion/291/resolved-network-error-nov-13th|Forum post|the Pikmin Bloom Support Community|published={{date|13|November|2021}}|retrieved={{date|14|November|2021}}.}} During this period, there was a number of rewards and boosts that players could get:
*[[Seedling]]s in the [[Planter Pack]] grew at 1.5 times the normal speed.
*[[Fruit (Pikmin Bloom)|Fruits]] gave twice the [[nectar]].
*[[Big Flower]]s bloomed into pansies, and [[flower planting]] with pansies made them bloom into roses.
**This effect started the day before and continued throughout the weekend.
*Users who walked 10,000 steps or more earned a special Community Day Participant [[Badge (Pikmin Bloom)|badge]].

The second public event of ''Pikmin Bloom'' is also a Community Day. For the effects of this event to work properly, the app needs to be updated to at least [[Update|version]] 36.0. Rewards and boosts for participating in this event include:
*Higher chances of [[Big Flower]]s blooming into poinsettias when regular blue, red, yellow, or white petals are planted around them.
*Players achieving the 10,000 step goal on this day will be awarded a special poinsettia flower [[Badge (Pikmin Bloom)|badge]].
*Seedlings in the [[Planter Pack]] will grow at 1.5 times the usual speed. This effect can be stacked with the [[flower planting]] multiplier.
