It has the same function in [[Pikmin 2]], to protect the [[Leader|user]] from [[electricity]] and [[Plasm Wraith|electric attacks]]. It's found in the [[Distant Tundra]] near the snowy patch where [[Charlie]] crash landed in the beginning of the game.
