The Cushion Cake is on top of a cylindrical pillar in the northwestern room of sublevel 1 of the [[Frozen Inferno]]. It is guarded by two [[Pyroclasmic Slooch]]es, which should be defeated before attempting to collect it. To collect this treasure, you must first knock it down with a [[rush]] from [[Oatchi]], then throw 7 Pikmin at it.
