The Compelling Cookie is found on [[Sublevel]] 3 of the [[Submerged Castle]]. It is a wall, surrounded by [[Anode Dweevil]]s which will try to snatch it from the [[Pikmin family|Pikmin]], along with one or more [[Withering Blowhog]]s.
