The '''Collection Obsession Series''' is a [[series]] listed in the [[Treasure Catalog]] in {{p4}}. It consists of eight playing cards and a pile of gold nuggets (of which there are 470 individual pieces). The numbered six of the playing cards [[Randomization|randomly]] change numbers in each playthrough due to being linked to the combinations needed to open certain safes, to ensure they differ each time the game is played. None of the cards can depict the same number as another in any single playthrough.  All the treasures in this series are worth {{sparklium|p4|2510}}, and an extra {{sparklium|p4|49}} is given when the entire series has been collected.

== Trivia ==
*The objects in this [[series]] are all somewhat unique compared to other [[treasure]]s in {{p4}}, as they all impact gameplay in some way.
**[[Gold Nuggets]] behave identically to how they did in {{p3}}, with Pikmin needing to mine piles piece by piece to collect them. They can also be found, though rarely, inside of enemies or [[jar]]s as separate, single nuggets.
**The playing cards are used as codes for bunkers. The Courage, Power, and Wisdom Emblems provide the code for the bunker in  the [[Hero's Hideaway]], while the Love, Money, and Work Emblems provide the code for the bunker in [[Dream Home]]. All six are randomized each time a new [[saved game]] is started. The Deity's Portrait and Devil's Portrait don't impact gameplay directly, but are also found within the Dream Home and act as red herrings to the actual numbered cards.
*** These mark the only time in the Pikmin series where the appearance of treasures can change between save games.
