A '''Clog''' is an obstacle used to block [[Cave]]s and flood areas. They must be destroyed with [[Pikmin (species)|Pikmin]], usually [[Blue Pikmin]]. They are in many areas.

*[[Perplexing Pool]], flooding the pond with the [[Toady Bloyster]] in it and plugging the entrence to the [[Shower Room]].
*[[Submerged Castle]], plugging the entrances to Sublevels 3,4 and 5.
*[[Wistful Wild]], flooding an area near the [[Hole of Heroes]].
