The Brush of Foolishness is on the northwestern corner of sublevel 3 of the [[Seafloor Resort]], next to a pile of [[Gold Nugget]]s. To collect this treasure, you must first press the nearby button with a Pikmin to lower the iron fences, then throw 5 Pikmin at it.
