The entire area is just one fairly large green and light green checkerboard that is completely flat. It has odd writing on it. The writing is laid in such a way that it creates a line with the text "''Piki Park''". It presumably has a Japanese translation of "''Piki Park''" beneath the firstly mentioned line where "''Piki Park''" is written.
'''animtest''' is an [[Unused content in Pikmin|unused area]] in {{p1}}{{'s}} files. It is used in the animation viewer, a debugging feature within the game, which explains the [[area]]'s name.

The entire area is a single large rectangle, with no walls, slopes, or other terrain features. The texture of the ground is an uneven checkerboard pattern in green and light green. There is text on the ground in English and Japanese; the Japanese text reads "{{J|ピキパーク|pikipāku}}", and the English text reads "piki park", which is a romanization of the Japanese text.
